Here’s the full breakdown of Landyachtz mechanic & custom king Adrian Eames’ titanium gravel bike, brought to you by none other, than the man himself.
“When I started talking with Blake and George about designing and building my bike, I was looking at building a fast gravel race bike. I wanted it to work for long days in the saddle and be suitable for some single day races. At the same time, I also wanted a bike that I could do some long bikepacking trips on. I was eager to be a part of the entire bike build process and I ended up being able to do most of the finishing work myself. Once the frame was welded, there was a lot of sanding, grinding, and sandblasting that needed to be done. It was pretty cool to help with the anodizing of the frame to get the colors I was after. The bike can fit up to 700x50c tires. There are 3 water bottle cage mounts on the frame and more mounts on the fork for added storage during long bike rides and bikepacking trips.”
